The United States is a Union of some fifty states and territories. Each state posseses a unique place in the history of the federation . Full Faith and Credit is given in each State to the public Acts, Records, and judicial Proceedings of every other State. The individual states of the United States are governed as semi-autonomous entities. In some cases the laws governing one state may be different from the other.

The various states have the flexibility of making their own rules and regulations in carrying out their day-to-day duties of administration.

The Constitution guarantees to every state in the Union a Republican Form of Government, and protects each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive

As an educator Bonna has taught in the Union County and Mecklenburg Public School systems. He has also taught at St. Nicholas of Tolentine (Catholic parochial school), in Bronx, NY. Bonna holds an MBA & a Master of Science in Education degrees from the Franciscan (Catholic) University of Steubenville in Ohio. His undergraduate training is in Political Science and Religions from the University of Ghana.
