After reading the book of Psalms from the Holy Bible, King James Version, the Holy Spirit placed it upon my heart to write this precious book "Poems of Spiritual Praise". As Christians we are inclined to know the word of God and understand his word does not change under any circumstance, God is always worthy to be praised in season and out. We are enlightened as Christians to be prepared for the worst of times knowing that many things will come up against us but according to the word of God no weapons shall prosper.
"Poems of Spiritual Praise" will take you into a spiritual search for God. As Christians we are privileged to be chosen as servants of God before the very foundation of the earth (Jeremiah 1 v 5). Because God is omnipresent and because of the promises he made, as trusting Christians we know God will never leave us or forsake us. He is a God who cannot and will not fail, when praises go up blessings come down. This book of spiritual praise will give you so much joy as you search through it to find the poems you need in relations to what is currently or has taken place in your life. One of the poems you will come across in this book is "My Psalm of Praise," the author refers to the stanza in this poem “I can feel you near me Father God; As Jesus did in the Garden of Gethsemane, I cry out: Make a joyful noise unto the Lord oh ye saints; with supplication I serve you, my father, forever.” The author reveals such a devout pride for God and a deep desire to feel the very presence of the one and true God he serves, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. His dedication goes even deeper as the author recaptures the scene on the cover of "Poems of Spiritual Praise" with Moses removing his sandals and kneeling on holy ground before the Burning Bush. The author gives a rendition of this sacred moment by recreating on the cover of the book his dedication to God by unlacing and removing his sandals as did Moses to kneel on holy ground. This is the author’s expression of love and gratitude for being blessed to compose this block busting book "Poems of Spiritual Praise, Gods Gifts of Inspiration."
The Psalms praises will bring you to your inner most secret room. It will take you to a private place and help you redefine the one and only true God you should be serving. The author an anointed man of God has given his life to Christ Jesus and states, "I hope this book will give credence to those who are lost and help them to come out from the darkness into Gods marvelous light." "Poems of Spiritual Praise" the author says it's about salvation, it's about worship, it's about sanctification, redemption, praise and honor. "I often say to myself if I had to thank God for all that he has done for me I would still be on my knees in prayer giving thanks."
The author Raymond C. Christian gave the book a subtitle "Gods Gifts of Inspiration", in hopes that many would be inspired to come to Gods throne of grace and say these words, “I surrender all." "God has used me as his vessel to rebirth the word to the world. I believe that my Father in heaven is with me, when I am writing I can feel his anointing, the presence of the Holy Spirit close by as my creative juices flow. God will not let any harm come to me, he told me, he would be with me just like he was with Moses and Joshua when he told them, "Just Go, I have already went before you.” Those of us who have been through difficult times realize the test that God allows us to go through and have learned to hold on because it is only a test. One of the author’s favorite verses in the bible is James 1 v 12-15 "Blessed is the man that endureth temptation for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him. Let no man say when is is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man. But every man is tempted when he is drown away of his own lust and enticed. Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin;
