Pesty Neighbor is a quirky, heartwarming tale. Scrubby, a raccoon is the neighborhood bully. He is grouchy, rude and always making faces at his peers. Squirrely, Digby, Erika Bunny and Timmy Toad are just a few who are subject to his behavior. They call on the help of their mentor Officer Ziffles. They make it their mission to discover what it is that makes Scrubby smile. Officer Ziffles leads them to rise above the negative behavior of others and encourages them to search for good and treat others as they would want to be treated. Despite the difficult task at hand the group is always positive and they never give up. Pesty Neighbor is a sweet and poignant tale with a distinct message that will leave you smiling.
