CONSPIRACY THEORY-MACHIAVELLI'S SHAKE DOWN: The ocean was raging as the police criminal investigators arrived to the crime scene. An officer taped the yellow crime tape around the beach area, as the Pollice Officers waited for the special investigation unit to show up. Jack Diamond Schuster finds that Charles Montgomery is a Congressman, married to a twenty one year old play boy model. He lives with her on New Jersey Shore. It comes as a big surprize to the C.E.A. when the body of Rachel Machivelli is found in Montgomery's ocean front yard. The newspapers read that her body had drifted up to the shore. Detectives didn't find a shred of evidence leading to her death. The newscasters reported that the body is to be sent for an autopsy. Detective Jack Diamond Shuster discovered that Montgomery had been married to Machiavelli. She was soon going to become a retired boss from the Central Eye Agency, commonly known as the C.E.A. THREE MONTHS EARLIER: Dectective Jack Diamond Schuster is evaluating The American Presidency convention video files, and a novel that Rachel Machiavelli wrote nearly a half a century ago. She kept it a secret that she had once used the name Hillary McKay as a newswoman. She did the videography for the political convention many years ago at the Villa Fusco. The tile of the book is The American Presidency. It has become a government document. Both book and video files are very similiar. The video files actually have people who can be easily identified. Jack Diamond Schuster felt like he was reading a novel turned into a Hollywood production. What he didn't know is that he would soon become the leading man in the conspiracy investigation.

As a young woman Rachel Machiavelli had been incarcerated for the publication of her novel. A woman named Ginnie Giovanni has claimed that she iss a character in the fictional book.&nbs She took Rachel to court, on her seemingly delusional claim. Her lawyer who had much experience as poltical hack managed to help jail Rachel. He was mixed up with The Brooklyn Political Machine. Judge Meade Esposito didn't believe the lady's lawyer. The Madame's wish to press charges on Rachel failed. The Judge threw the case out of the court. He signed and sealed the indictment as he wrote, "Evidently this woman, and her lawyer have rocks in their heads."  In her novel Rachel  made it clear that her book was fiction. She was glad that the judge forced the charges to be dropped. There was also a clause noted by the judge that the book would go into a court seal, after it is investigated. The Judge who was a crook too, had to make his rule look like he followed the books of jurisprudence. Jack Schuster is assigned to the investigation many years later. Evidently the lawyer and The Madame didn't know that Hillary had the surveillance videos that Charles Montgomery had kept in the safe. If they did know this, they may have been able to prove that Rachel Machiavelli actully wrote a true story calling it fiction. There is reason to believe that the judge also played a part in keeping this a secret for his own reasons. After all he was also a political party hack too.

Now nearly a century later her book will be going into a court sealed file.

This story will be nearly one hundred and seventy years old before anyone will be able to read the last files to be  made by Jack Diamond Schuster. His job is to write 'accurate speculation' about both the book and videos. He must find the names of all the people in the videos. Then he must compare the individuals to the fictional characters in the book. Schuster has been given a copy of the 'guest list' which was obtained by the police department. And, the fundraiser donators. Ginni Giovanni put the advertisements together for the donators that is a book in itself. After writing her novel, and being released from jail nearly a quarter a century ago, Rachel Machiavelli was appointed special commissioner to the C.E.A. by Charles Montgomery. As Schuster studies the videos he becomes suspicious that Rachel Machivelli is actually the character she writes about, whose name is Hillary McKay. He came to believe this for sure after he observed the actions of Hillary in the videos. He feels rage as he checks the motion pictures with age changing photo equipment from forensics. He finds for sure that his lover woman is indeed Hillary McKay. She had been married to Montgomery the Congressman. Jack Schuster knows now that he is walking on 'thin ice.' He becomes frustrated when he realizes that he's been in love with a trader.
