The box that arrived that morning was nondescript, wrapped in plain brown wrapping paper, no different than most grocery store checkout bags. It bore no markings other than the
“THE JESUS SEED”
Inside the box was a single black VHS video tape with similar nondescript white labeling. It smelled of spices not common to the region but provides little else in the way of any clues.
“This can’t be!” he thought as panic caused the blood to rise in his cheeks. Suddenly the room that was normally chilled seemed uncomfortably hot. “It is impossible! No one can bring back the dead!” he mouthed, scanning the room to see if anyone had noticed, in much the same manner a little boy would if he had been caught with his father’s girlie magazines. As the tape played, ‘Father Gus ‘realized the blood, in this case, came from a young African woman seen standing beside the woman who had been cured. She was the tape alleged, very much pregnant, and yet still a virgin!
