When she is not busy assisting the family small business, Career Kids by TnT (careerkidsbytnt.com), she is writing, spending time with her family and working as Dean of the College of Education, at a small, urban institution. Also, an avid writer, Dr. Smith has authored several books: How You Get Him Is How You Keep Him; Mama Always Knows Best; and Research-Driven, Student-Centered Learning.
