Marc just waiting in the hallway thinking to himself he hasn't been inside Saint Joseph's Parish since Andrea's funeral five years ago. Marc then notices a large crucifix of Jesus on a wooden cross on the wall. As Marc stares at it he becomes frozen of feelings of sadness and said to himself, "if Jesus could forgive him". Just then a voice spoke, "you come to ask his forgiveness Marc"? Marc turned to see Father Flanagan staring into his eyes. "Hello Father", Marc says politely. "Marc what brings you here at this late hour"? he says. "Can we talk alone Father Flanagan"? " I have some important questions to ask you if you don't mind", Marc says. Father Flanagan staring at Marc with a cold look in his eyes. His eyes showing Marc if he should forgive him after all this time or to tell him to leave his Church and don't come back. "Please this way", Father Flanagan tells Marc, "we can talk alone in my study". As he gestures for Marc to follow him to the study. Father Flanagan closes the door behind them to the large office. Many religious books and bibles most of all to the Catholic Faith are placed neatly in many rows of book shelves as Father Flanagan sits behind his large oak desk and Marc sits at a chair facing him in front of the desk.

Marc learns the deception of evil goes far beyond his understanding; it brings him back to the reality of his wife’s murder fi ve years before. In the end, Marc risks his own life to save a young girl who holds the key to the future of the most ancient evil itself to exist.
About the Author
I was in the Army for four years from 1996-2000. I took creative writing and criminal justice in college and I always had the love to write and read all kinds of novels from Horror to Action to Science Fiction. I had the goal to create a lead character that faces personal dificulties in life, from the loss of a loved one. To his questioning of his beliefs in his faith and God and how he must face them in order to save his friends. I would like to tie this into most of my novels as one selfs examintation into their lives and bring out the true meaning of Good conqures Evil in the end. I currently reside in New York City. I have travled through out the country and parts of Europe. I love the Midwest and Southwest states. I fell in love with the state of Colorado and the citys of Aspen, Denver and Evergreen Colorado. I hope to one day return there to live. I am a proud Republican Conservative and supports President Bush on both the Afghanistan and Iraq Wars. I am a strong activist for gun rights and proud member of the NRA. I don't like to hunt I just feel all good honest citizens deserve the right to own a gun for their homes protection.
