Haiti in the Lions' Den

When the victims of the January 12, 2010 earthquake in Haiti see that the NGOs fail to use the money received from the citizens of the world to help them get medical care and to rebuild their houses, they call upon Dr. Diol Bokier, a young Haitian American who is a fraud expert, a brilliant creative writer, and an ex-police instructor to help them recover the money from the NGOs.
