About the Book
This book is based on real life experiences and fictional imaginative visions of the author. These poems reflect the mind of a young adult growing up in many different aspects of life. There are poems of pain, love, sorrow, ambition, race and many other factors that makeup the author's thinking process. "As a writer, one's thoughts an beliefs change overtime, tomorrow the way I see things will change but that's how evolution occurs. Some poems are a documentation of those changes, and as my mindset enhances, so does its thoughts upon which it sits over time."
About the Author
"What makes the human mind qualified to express feelings and desires? My answer is remembrance." This book reflects and documents the world through my eyes, some are my own experiences and the experiences of others. My two prior books were written from a one sided view point, I guess as I got older and groomed, there are two sides to every full moon. I am currently serving in the United States Air Force. I was born in Trinidad and Tobago but now that I'm living in the United States, I am proud to be here. Kareem A. Alfred
