About the Book

The meeting went very well but Katrina suspects something strange about Dr. Pheko a man she knew little about. She is secretly working on a book about her personal experiences and has been collecting necessary data about the church. Although the church is a sacred place she aimed to prove the false religions, deceptive miracles and how some people are mislead and blinded to spiritual truth. When everyone she loves mysteriously disappears and she begins to receive strange calls and threats, she immediately suspects Dr. Pheko. In the mist of mystification she meets a young guy who claims to have the answers to reasons why she is wanted. Katrina trusts no one and is in a dilemma to either fight alone or let help from somewhere else…. Why is she followed? What is it so valuable they want from her? Is it the book she is writing or knowledge she has acquired? Find out more in this adventure.

About the Author

I grew up in Tshwane, Gauteng province in South Africa with my mother, twin sister and younger brother. I wrote my first short story at the age of nine doing my third grade in Haakdoorn primary school. I have always loved reading and writing came natural to me. Ever since, I have continued to write both in English and other local languages in my country. By the time I reached high school I wrote my first novel which was approved by one of my teachers. I based my writings on personal experiences and daily events. I participated in different outside activities such as basketball, netball and long distance marathons. I also did debate, was the chairperson and received awards for the United Nation model debate and African Union debate. My love for writing persists, as I entered numerous writing competitions for essays, poetry and short story writings for competitions such as SA Pen, SUNDAY TIMES, NOLLYBOOKS, ESSENTIALS AND DRUM MAGAZINE . My first break and recognition was for my short story with won for the best category in the SABC (South African Broad Commission) writing awards. When I reached University my passionate for writing grew even stronger. I majored in archaeology and anthropology then later did my honours degree in anthropology in 2011. I felt the need to explore and write about untold stories within our societies. Although I had over about sixty collection of my manuscripts I struggled to get a publisher for my first novel. After years of writing under different genres, romance, kid stories, suspense and thriller. I never lost hope but kept the positive spirit to keep writing. The two novels Lucifer and the Church and The Devil Worships are two controversial but well-researched novels based on a actual events but wrote into a fictional method. The two books mentioned above will be the first to be published. I currently live with my Mom and siblings working in a University as a Research Assistant .When I’m not writing I work part-time as model and can’t stay away from the kitchen I love cooking and baking. Although I am still busy writing The Devil Worships it will be done soon.
