About the Book

"My Poetic Journey" is a collection of poems from over the years, that I've written expressing my thoughts, moods, feelings and views of things, as well as people and issues which had an influence on my life.

About the Author

Gerald W. Jones, aka "Guru" is a poet with a message, who has been writing for the past 25 years for friends and a local newspaper in the early 90s. He has crafted his God given talent to send messages on social issues, life and love to a small circle of friends who have encouraged him to share his gift with the world. Now with the blessings of his family and close friends, he has taken those steps in his first book, which covers his journey through life with poetic expressions.
