This reflection journal act as a user guide to process where you are and ignite your desire to change to develop into the person you would like to become. “Issues of the Heart” is a collection of powerful reflection activities to guide you on your journey toward self-awareness.

About the Author

Dr. Woodley is the proud mother of Alexis and Alex Kelly. She is the surrogate mother of two girls Aliana and Araya. She is shares her life journey with her high school sweetheart Alex Kelly III, whom she considers to be her best friend. She authored a book titled “ Why Did You Choose to Get Pregnant which is a workbook to guide teen parents through this major life transition. She believes that it is important that we provide the stimulus to our environment that will bring about positive change. Her vision and mission in life is to ignite motivate and encourage individuals to reach their full potential.
