About the Author
He started his career as an engineer in 1995 with the Korea Rail Network Authority, and as a schedule controller and project manager he worked on the construction project of the Korea High Speed Line and other sizeable railway construction projects. Between 2011 and 2012, Jongpil studied for a master’s degree in Railway System Engineering and Integration at the University of Birmingham, UK.
