With regard to changing lifestyle—of which dieting is a part—my aim, method, and philosophy are really very simple. I am not going to suggest you make huge changes to your lifestyle, and I am not going to suggest that you stop eating the foods you enjoy. Instead, I am going to propose that by making a few modifications to the way you live your life, you will be able to lose weight, keep it off, and achieve a more healthy and balanced lifestyle in the process. Healthy in body and healthy in mind. I promote an overall lifestyle approach of which dieting is a part. Looking trimmer and feeling healthier will ensure you feel more positive about yourself. This can also help you in other areas of your life. For example, I believe it will give you more confidence in your sex life too. About the Author
Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Dev Lahli. At the time of writing, I am fifty-seven years old, although I look and feel a lot younger. I am originally from the Panjab region of eastern Pakistan and northern India (and by the way, it is “Panjab” not “Punjab”: Panjab is derived from Persian and means “land of five rivers.” It has the largest number of steel factories in India, whilst the main industry is agriculture due to the flat, fertile land. The Panjab is a place where old methods of farming and producing food sit side by side with more modern production methods. The old in conjunction with the new: This is how I view my approach to eating and living healthily.
