Paris determines that, "it's time to tell all" and she is convinced that the world is in a desperate need of a voice that will declare truths about domestic violence or abuse! Surviving damaged emotions from a destructive and damaging relationship requires help from God, especially when it seems illogical and contradictory. In this story, Paris is an advocate for true love and healthy marital relationships. In fact, she believes that married is a privilege. However, learns overtime that when you're in a problematic relationship, embedded in a toxic environment that resembles a poisonous venom medium, there needs to be a way out. At the end of her journey she proclaims that emotionally destructive relationships and intimate partner violence can become a life-crisis-event. Thus, discovers staying in a relationship too long is critical when there is nothing produced but destruction. How can you escape from a marital union of sheer bondage, entrapment, imprisonment, and entanglement when there seems like "there is no HOPE or a way out;" and remaining in God's perfect will? This book will delve into how God will make a way TO escape that ye may be able to bear it according to I Corinthians 10:13, and how God can reverse your pain and disappointment into restored HOPE, strength, encouragement, liberty, freedom, safety, equality, joy and wholeness, after the escape. Along her life's journey, she evolves into a profound visionary and leader. After devastating struggles and traumatization fostered by the twisted union, she finds a way "TO" escape finding survival through faith, shaping who she'd become, and accomplishing her dreams. Paris' intimate partner is a community, national and global figure who is self-exalted, grandiose and breeds narcissism. Dr. Melveena D. Edwards the author and therapist, is the narrator of this short-story who has the birds-eye-view of all the goings-on from the perspective of Paris. Dr. Edwards is the outsider looking into Paris' life as she pauses, revisits, and sojourns to impart her experience regarding the severe social epidemic issue of abusive and violence culture that plagues our society today.
