The tale of the Anthanasian Creed’s birth in AD 325 doesn’t matter to me. Making “the Son is God” believable solely belongs to those expecting it to be true. From Scriptures we know that Jesus is the Son of God. Believe it and trust that it’s true. I believe in Jesus and all He accomplished in the first century as laid out for us in the Scriptures. Have you been taught or told things about Jesus for so long that you believe them even if they are not found in the Scriptures? Folks can be attentive to things concerning Jesus today but accepting everything said about Him as true may not be wise. The last entry of the New Testament occurred near the end of the first century. If you think for one second that there hasn’t been false teachers floating around discrediting the Bible since then you’d be greatly mistaken. I cannot be any more saved according to the Scriptures than the moment I first believed Jesus is the Son of God. I continue to believe and confess that Jesus is the Son of God to this very day. If you believe unless one believes “the Son is God” one “cannot be saved” using whatever material is available to you, what can you say that would prove that I am not saved according to the Scriptures?

About the Book
This book is about choosing to be right by Jesus, not to withdraw from bits and pieces of the Bible that could eventually lead to one cancelling Jesus altogether in their mind. I’m a firm believer in Jesus Christ; the biblical Jesus and not man’s idea of who they think He is. In this book I highlight the difference between the two. No one has taught us more about life than Jesus. There’s no better feeling than when walking away from a conversation, knowing you did right by Jesus.
About the Author
First and foremost, Jim Masterson is a firm believer in Jesus Christ. He is filled with endless creative ideas and encouragement that he pulls from his life’s experiences including being a foster child and later homeless (for a period). Through it all, he trusts God’s will for his life. “With God you just don't know what's next. What you do know is that He has prepared you for it and will provide all that is needed to complete the task. What an interesting process this believer thing is.” He has expressed his life experiences thru acting, teaching, and eventually through writing. His writing career started with plays and skits that eventually led him to write several non-fiction and children’s books. Jim Masterson lives and writes in New Hampshire with his wife Susan.
