About the Book
Meet “Little Star”, a nova who admires her own beauty. She also thinks others should admire her. She meets a comet who makes her question if she really is as important as she thinks. Her Maker-Creator helps her in this moment of doubt. She learns she has great worth. She’s not perfect, but she’s perfectly loved by her Maker-Creator. This young new star realizes that beauty is not a good enough reason to shine her light. Little Star learns what is written in Matthew 5:16: “In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven.” ESV Bible The Maker-Creator has a unique purpose for all of His creation!!! About the Author
Robin Edwards is an author-illustrator. Since 1998, she has also been an educator/Dyslexia Specialist. Robin’s greatest interests are sharing her faith in Christ, drawing, writing, music and helping children master the gift of reading. She took a double major in both education and art at Houston Baptist University and received her Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies in 1998. Helping children learn to read and fall in love with reading has been her goal as an educator. Her debut of “Little Star” allows her to share with children as an author and help them discover that they are unique with special abilities that they too can share with their world
