Hello everybody!

My name is Pierce Reno. I am 9 years old and go to Thomas A. Widley School in Southern Ohio. I have a very rare condition called Bainbridge Ropers Syndrome. It affects the ASXL 3. Gene in my body but don’t let my looks fool you. I’m a strong as anyone you’ve ever met! Everyone tells me I’m hilarious and they love my curly hair. I’m a bit of a ladies man. My aide is named Heather and I love her very much! She is my best friend after my dad of course! Thank you for buying and reading this book! Hopefully, it’ll inspire you to do great things!

About the Author

Hello, my name is Josh Reno. I’m 41 years old and the father to two children. Riley Caldwell and the hero of the story Pierce! I’m an aspiring artist and I love to write poetry as well. I work at a school for developmental disabilities and was inspired to do so by my son. The book however, was inspired long before I started working there by watching him overcome struggles we all take for granted. I hope to continue writing children’s books that bring awareness to many charities and foundations for disabilities.
