About the Book

A coalition of criminal organizations, have set up a compound of shipping containers in the center of a forestry plantation. A ranking police detective blackmails Barton to get inside the cartel and pass out information that would lead to the arrest of all involved. Barton gets written orders on how to operate, he decides as it’s his life that is at stake, he will do it his own way. The result of his decision is destruction and carnage.

About the Author

After leaving school at the age of 15, I got sent into the mining industry, when the industry closed I spent many years in the British Armed Forces. When my time was up, I drove trucks. Throughout, my adult life, I aways carried a notebook recording life as I see it. Noting the habits of people I encounter. Now retired I spend my time writing fiction.
