About the Book

There is signifi cant meaning behind the number “40”, for example, when the Bible references 40 days, the 40 days spoken of is a time that God allows his people to go through challenges. Through these challenges we can grow spiritually stronger and closer to God. It is important for us, as believers, to grow to strengthen our faith and the only way that that will occur is when we place our trust in God. It is through God that we can overcome and make it through challenging circumstances.

About the Author

Hazel B. Miller has been married to her husband James for 31 years and together they have three adult children. Hazel works in Government and her desire is to make sure the vulnerable populations receive the necessary programs and resources needed, for life. Hazel believes, building stronger communities starts when everyone has access to the essential necessities to survive. Hazel continues her service through the Outreach Ministry at her congregation, Brentwood Church of Christ. Hazel is passionate about the vision and amazing work her congregation is doing in the community. Hazel serves as a coordinator for some of the community outreach events. She believes, the only way the world will see God, is through His people. Hazel enjoys teaching women’s bible classes and facilitating motivational workshops. Hazel published her first book in 2022 titled; Embracing God’s Love, The inward Journey to A Better You. Her book challenge readers to build their Spiritual resilience through daily self-assessments. Hazel believes, the armor of God represents the strength and righteousness of God’s people to be victorious in Spiritual warfare against the enemy. She encourages Christians to wear their Spiritual Armor daily, pray regularly, stand on truth, and trust God.
