The Day I Was Born I Died

I'd developed an eye for tall, dark-skinned guys, but there was such an unfamiliar feeling erupting inside of me as I received that welcome smile of approval from this handsome stranger. I kept my cool. I didn’t want to give any indication that I was interested. I just flashed my Million Dollar smile, said "hello," and hoped Willie had the sense and courtesy to introduce us. He didn't. Any other time I would've introduced myself. Instead I talked to Willie for a while, then with my natural, sexy, switchable walk, I proceeded up the steps. I felt the eyes of the handsome stranger on my now blossomed 34-19-36, solid, stacked, framed body.

Once inside the house, I headed directly for the back bedroom where I knew I'd find Jo. I asked, "Who’s that fine brother out there with Willie?"

She replied, "He’s Willie’s best friend, P.W. We’re going out later. Doris is his date."

I commented, "It must be a blind date." You see Doris was our next door neighbor’s cousin, visiting from L.A. She wasn’t all ugly, but she was a flabby fat, with an overdeveloped, disproportionate figure and underdeveloped legs with knocked knees and thighs.

Jo said, "As a matter-of-fact, their first meeting was blind." Then, after putting on lipstick, she added, "Evidently he liked her. He's back a second time."

Detecting my interest, she sarcastically reminded me of my supposed-to-be-steady, R.J.

Well, I wasn’t married or engaged to anybody therefore I was determined to meet P.W. one way or another. I’d deduced that P.W. was going out with Doris as a favor to Willie.

After Jo went on the porch, I peeked out the window anticipating my next move. I wanted to get out there before big Doris came or P.W. left, because I knew he had to change those clothes before he went anywhere.

Knowing exactly where my blue mini-skirt was, I made my move. I opened the front door and called out, "Jo, do you know where my blue mini-skirt is?" I also knew Jo would introduce us.
