About the Author
Dalene Mai Roberts presently resides in Delaware. She is a graduate of Wilmington College in New Castle, Deleware. Darlene attended Howard University previously. She dedicates this book to Lorraine Faxio, her fine arts professor at Howard University College of Fine Arts, and all the jazz professors who encouraged Darlene to write poetry to instrumental jazz. Darlene also dedicates this collection of poetry to her professors at Wilmington College, Mr. Leland Kimball and Mr. Dana Garett and Mrs. Marcella Willson, for exposing her to literature and the performing arts. Darlene Mai Roberts thanks Del Tech Wilmington/Stanton campuses, her family and friends for the inspiration to write and create poetry.
