I am the Uncle of the Author of this booklet and am honored to have been asked to write a few words about the booklet.
In my quest for peace of mind and serenity I have tried many avenues as I'm sure the reader of this booklet has. My nephew is the oldest son of my sister and therefore I am familiar with his search for "Perfect Love". Coming from the same type of family we both understand that circumstances outside of our control restrict us from seeking during our early childhood years without being laughed at. I personally have been involved with self help groups, since I was 45 years old, 15 years ago now. I have been a Salesman during the past 31 years, just retiring and I assure you the concepts in this booklet would be meaningful to all walks of life. It has been my experience that the words in this booklet will enable the seeker of peace and serenity to find it with the enactment of Forgiveness of others, even perhaps more paramount than Forgiveness of self. Although one without the other will bring no peace of mind.
I encourage the reader to explore this booklet with an open mind and find the serenity in their life that I have found in mine by using the concepts outlined in this booklet.
Don, I thank you for asking me to write this and am glad that God has put you back into my life after over 25 years of being out of contact. Reader's do not let the word God, scare you from trying the concepts of the book, when I use the word God, I'm referring to God Orderly Direction, which your life will take on by using the tools in this book.
I wish you and Don all "Perfect Love".
In Gratitude

Don's Uncle
As a therapist, psychologist and counselor for the past fifteen years I have encountered only a few books that strike and move the emotions and the intellect as does Dr. Burchfield's "Practicing Perfect Love". This book helps bridge that elusive gap between thought and action in such a simple yet meaningful way that in reading it one cannot help but begin to see a new way to open the mind and heart for making a positive change in their life. The reader will feel the energy and emotion of this book from the very first paragraph and before the last page they will have seen and felt a new and brighter way to view themselves and the world around them.
I would recommend "Practicing Perfect Love" to be read by people of all ages and all walks of life, and especially to my colleagues and friends who practice the art of helping. It is one of those rare books that gives you something almost tangible; something you can feel. Something you can use. Read it.
