They looked around for a place to hide if necessary. Chen chose the wet bar, Genetivos found that he couldn't be seen from any opening if he hide behind the 52" television set. Donaldson was the electronic expert in the crowd and had to use the special equipment to see if he could detect any movement of people behind red lights. He informed the others that it might be a trap but motioned for everyone to come along quietly. Everyone scampered behind the door as they slowly let it close behind them. They turned around and gasped at the sight before them. They had stumbled upon Kirkland's power source, The DEMON.

Jeff tuned in again. "Kirkland is targeting us for a retaliation. It's a mind game as well as some sort of technology. We had to retreat two blocks back signal when you're in a safe place to talk. Negotiation attempts are in progress. The Whitehouse is cleared and fifteen minutes are left on the cease-fire." Soon Jeff's voice was gone, the men looked at each other then at the sight that was before them.

Off to the left side of the room there was what appeared to be a mini lab. A desk with flask and burners and some open books were thrown about with some tablet to the center. To the right of the room there seemed to be a mini assembly manufacturing and mining operation layout. Conveyer belts that lead to a molding machine and some boxes for packaging off to the side. What held the men's amazement was what they saw in the middle of the room. Before them was a giant flask that stood 24' high with some sort of liquid filled and the bubble part of the flask had a giant black rock of boulder in the center. A giant drill hung over the opening that would reach inside the flask and remove a chip 1 1/2" in diameter and place it on a conveyer belt slightly to the side. After few moments of observations they realized they were looking at a meteorite. Donaldson went over to the desk and started to take pictures of everything that was there.
