About the Author
Shai Scot was born in Detroit, Michigan. Early tragedies, losses, and the hardships of living in the slums made her take some wrong directions in her life. Family secrets, street games and addictions landed her in the penitentiary with nothing but time on her hands. She took self-inventory and began to evaluate her life. After successfully achieving goals she set for herself in prison, she decided to write her first novel as a way to express herself and her life history.
