"You might be a turkey hunter if . . . " identifies some of the crazy antics and shenanigans those professing to be turkey hunters participate in for a couple of months each and every year. The idea for the book was sparked from a thread on a turkey-hunting forum on the
About the Author
Mr. McDonald was introduced to hunting as a young boy growing up in rural Tennessee. His early hunting experiences included tagging along with his Mama and Daddy on a couple of deer hunts each year. He has been hunting since the 1970s and recently took up the pursuit of the wild turkey. His passion for learning everything he could about the sport took him to several hunting talk forums on the Internet. A couple of years ago a thread on one of those forums sparked the idea for this book. Remember to hunt hard, hunt safe, and have fun. Lastly, if you ever have a chance to introduce a child to the sport of hunting - do it. He is a firm believer in the old saying "if you take a child hunting you won't have to hunt for the child when he is older."
