THE FREE-FLOW HYMN
First, let me start by a simple explanation of the
power of repetition. It is that by repeating a name of an object or person, you
tend to assimilate into your being, the qualities that you are able to perceive
of that object or person.
For example, you might derive from and thus become
more honest in your dealings, if you constantly think of Abe Lincoln. Or how
about ‘solid as a rock’ or ‘he hangs in there like a bulldog’. The discipline
of meditation, over millennia, has produced a variety of techniques that tap
into this power. All religions use some form or other of this.
Jesus, talking about a certain form of this, said,
“Seek ye first, The Kingdom of Heaven...and all things will come to you.”
He also said, “The Kingdom of Heaven is within”
And to reach it, He said, “Repent, for The Kingdom
of Heaven is at hand” which means, meditate, because that is how you will get
to the Kingdom.
And some of the Sanskrit words referred to in the
Bible and that He may have used in His repentance could have been ‘Tanoti, Asvasa, Jayate Pingala, Ida and
Kundalini
And so it is this mantra that is being presented to
you ...
‘TANOTI...ASVASA...JAYATE...PINGALA--IDA--KUNDALINI”
-Tanoti
-Pronounced...Tah...Naw...Tee... and which means ‘to extend or stretch’... as
in stretching the spiritual physiology for an easier flow of your life-force,
prana, chi.. Actually this word is most highly recommended by the Spirits, even
just by itself...The Spirits say that it is a most powerful mantra.
-Asvasah -Pronounced...Awsh...Vwaw...Sah...and
which means, ‘to breathe freely, comfort, optimism’ This word induces relaxation and free-flowing circulation again
of your life-force, prana, chi.
-Jayate -Pronounced
...Jaw...Yah...Tay...and which means ‘to arise, become, be born’ for arousing
your kundalini energies located at the base of the spine, and also, to arouse
your spiritual physiology to fluff up, and also to arouse your life force,
prana, chi into circulation.
Pingala – Pronounced Peen--Gah--Lah-- is the Sanskrit
term for the female current that circulates through the charkas. Since 1997, I have been getting spiritually
proded towards this word. Guru Dev also
has confirmed this.
Ida – Pronounced Ee--Dah--is the Sanskrit term for the
male current again, that circulates through the chakas.
Kundalini prounouced Koon--Dah--Lee--Nee--is the
Sanskrit term for the energy reserves located at the ball of the spine.
And so, as previously stated, the power of
repetition, in meditation, of these and other words, has been successfully
demonstrated for thousands of years. Therefore, in meditating on these words in
particular, you are training your spiritual physiology to soften up like play
doe and puff up like a foam sponge.
The benefit of this is that your life force, prana,
chi, circulates more easily this way. Also, your kundalini energy, located at
the base of the spine, when it gets aroused, will travel up your chakras more
easily, and yet another benefit, when done in conjunction

An Eternal
Love Letter to the Girls of Freakie Fries is a book about a letter that Don Jyovi
Saraswati Di Morgese wrote.
Don Jyovi Saraswati Di Morgese is a name that I give
to that part of me from 1972/73, when I was nineteen, that came back to my
forefront mind in 1987/88 and has been
with me ever since. Actually, I go by the name of Joseph Morgese and I am, at
this writing, a forty-seven year old truck-driver.
In this letter, I have something worth sharing with
the reader. It is a meditation technique that I received from using a certain
gizmo called ‘The Magnetic Pendulum’ , which, I think, has allowed me to
communicate with Spirits from whom I received this. Having enjoyed meditation
and various other spiritual practices for twenty five years now, I feel
qualified to say that the knowledge that I received shows great promise.
But, even more than this, this letter is a
testimonial to something supernatural that has been going on now since some
time. I call it ‘God’s Algorithm’ because, like an algorithm for a computer
program, it makes me do things that I wouldn’t ordinarily do, and from it so
far, I have drawn up a design for ‘God’s Perpetual Motion See-Saw’, and various

Hi! My name is Joseph Morgese. I have been a
over-the-road truck-driver for six years now and during this time, I have
devoted all of my spare time on the road to this thing that I call ‘God’s
Algorithm’. Through it, I have completed a design for ‘God’s Perpetual Motion
See-Saw’, and various other projects, and now, this new meditation technique
that I call ‘The Free-Flow Hymn’, that I received from the Spirits.
All of the solitude that goes with the territory of
over-the-road trucking helped too, but that which really made it all possible
was this beautiful memory of ‘The Girls of Freakie Fries’ that simply took over
me. The deep love that their memory
generated in me gave me the motivation, idealism, protection and genius which
then, in turn, produced all of these accomplishments.
And so now we have this book....
