About the Book

Teaching Beyond The Limits is an awareness call, particularly for parents who are far too busy earning a living and worrying about the simple things of life such as: keeping food on the table, proper shelter, and decent clothes for their families. These parents are not aware of the true reason or reasons why their child or children are not academic productive and why many become displeased with school at an early age. This book depicts positive and negative elements found in the educational system in America’s public schools used by educators who prevent students from lower socioeconomic backgrounds to become academically productive.

It introduces a revolutionary theory of teaching strategies that demonstrates ways to solve students’ academic problems, and enhance their desire to want to learn.

This book introduces and develops how a meaningful learning environment can be productive in the classroom. It gives a panorama view of the condition of the America school system and how teachers, administrators, and staff treat students who are from lower socioeconomic backgrounds. It presents descriptive ways how students from lower socioeconomic backgrounds are treated in their learning environment that is not conductive to learning.

Drawing from research, personal teaching experience, self- creative survey, interviews, and observations of students at the elementary and college levels from a diversity student’s body, shows how to identity how hidden and watered-down curricula can determine students’ fate in the future when they are from a lower socioeconomic background.

It exemplifies the true identity of a failing learning system for many poor students. The author’s creativity and teaching styles as an experienced teacher and professor brings a dynamic and an innovative teaching strategy, which proves that all students can learn in spite of their economic status.
