About the Book

If you ever wondered if there is a God and want to get to know Him, I assure you that you will find Him after reading how He saved my life and my soul after many events that happened through-out my lifetime.

The main theme in this book is the love of God for each one of us.

If we would just realize this, and to know He is with us, and all we have to do is call out to Him, as He hears us.

He created us because He was lonely and wanted someone to commune with and have fellowship with. This is why He created Adam and Eve, and each one of us. He wants us to call upon Him and ask Him for our needs. Then when He answers our prayers, He loves to hear us thank and praise Him each time. It’s a joy to Him to hear your praises. Sometimes our prayers are answered right away. Other times we have to wait until the time is right to answer. When He doesn’t answer, it’s for our own good, as it could be something He sees that could harm us, or wouldn’t be good for us.

If we have to wait a while, He will answer when the time is right. In His due time.

When we believe in Him He will reveal Himself to us through His word and in other ways that He answers our prayers.

About the Author

I was born and raised in New Jersey and considered myself a New Jerseyite, but after living in New Hampshire more than half of my life, I now consider myself a native New Hampshirite.

My parents decided to move to New England sometime after World War II.

They always loved the country and mountains all around.

I met and married my husband in New Hampshire, and we were blessed with three children and three grandchildren, and now a great-grandson.

My hobbies and interests are gardening (the best therapy for all your ailments) herbs, genealogy, biking, cross country skiing, swimming, walking, playing the piano, classical music, archeology, reading, and most of all my family.

In 1992 my husband died of lung cancer. I was left alone here, as my children were married, except for one, but they were all busy with their lives. "Mom" was busy at home trying to run an herb garden business and getting into trouble.

After so many narrow escapes from danger and accidents in my lifetime, and with God trying to get my attention and nudging me to write my story to tell about my experiences, I decided to do so.

This is, after the last jolt that shook me up enough to say. "O.K. God, I’m going to write my story right now," after banging my fist on the table.

I got my pencil and pad and started right in.

Not knowing the first thing about writing a book, I told God that he would have to help me. I whizzed right through in a week’s time and finished my story.
