About the Author
Earl S Kratzer was born in Cleveland, Ohio, and became a member of the Cleveland Police Department in 1962. He worked in almost every district in the city, as well as the Mounted Unit, Juvenile Unit, liaison man with city hall and finally as a detective sergeant in the Detective Bureau. He worked closely with the detectives on many cases – some large, some small, but all interesting. Earl S Kratzer currently resides in Stuart, Florida with his wife, Michele, who is a retired Captain from the Cleveland Police Department. He is the father of three daughters who also reside in Florida.
