About the Author
Born March 6, 1954 in Havana, Cuba. First born of four children. Moved to Miami, Florida at age seven, and became a U.S. Citizen. Married on August 20, 1982. Blessed with three children. Earned a Masters of Science Degree in the area of Early Childhood and Elementary Education at Florida International University. Mrs. Monnar has been teaching for over 20 years. Photography, reading, writing and going to the three children’s activities are all forms of entertainment to stay young.
