Destiny's Journey

A compelling adventure that follows the life of a 13 year old who becomes an athletic champion during a time when economic depression swept across this country. The story is told in flashbacks from the perspective of the young boy who is now 75 years old. It tells of the three people that loved and guided him to his dream and the climatic surprise ending that forever changes his life.

Ford Clay was born on an island off the coast of Texas. He moved to San Francisco age 3 and was raised in the bay area. He was in the Military during the 1960’s, and upon discharge became an actor, working with such legends as Steve McQueen arid Woody Allen. Ford developed a real interest in writing and applied to the American Film Institute where he was accepted as a screen writing Fellow. He has been writing ever since and has accumulated a diverse stable of projects.
