My Brother Ebrum

I tried to write a work of permanent literary value about the human heart in conflict with itself.  I call it a literary novel.

In 1947, he met William Faulkner and asked how to write and Faulkner instructed him.  He was educated at Duke, Tulane, UCLA and the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. He was born and raised in Clarksdale, Miss.    He lived for years in Tennessee where he practiced medicine.
