About the Author
Mark W. Morgan is President of Momentum Performance
Group, a firm that specializes in training and coaching business teams for
results. Over the past 25 years, Mark has coached more than 200 teams and
trained thousands of people to be more effective coaches and managers.
Mark is a three-time Examiner for the Malcolm
Baldrige National Quality Award, former Director of Total Quality for a Fortune
500 firm, and served as Manager of Total Quality at the Kennedy Space Center
and Johnson Space Center. His clients include BellSouth, Fidelity, Brookhaven
National Laboratory, US EPA, Nortel, Easter Seals, University of Phoenix, NASA,
