About the Book

Written by a person with almost 30 years of work experience, this book is based in part on a criterion known as Certified Employee Friendly Workplace that was created by the author to assist businesses in solving challenges in their relationships with their employees.  The length of this book is purposely kept on the shorter side and written for fast easy reading so that it can be used as a tool for busy managers on-the-go that need practical and down-to-earth solutions for issues they face every day with their employees.  This book goes in to explanations of why the steps suggested in the book are important and provides some astounding real-life stories about companies that chose to follow other paths.  It is an absolute truth that a business cannot be truly successful in the long term while there are significant issues looming between its management and its employees.  This book is NOT about “buzz words” or “pie in the sky” solutions.  Astonishing amounts of money could be saved and made if all business would simply embrace and follow the tried and true steps to achieving employee relations excellence as outlined in this book.
