I had stopped using the pendulum and relied on automatic writing to talk to my guides. I decided I wanted to have a conversation in the park to find out what my new affirmations should be. On June 7, 1998, I was led to a quiet spot in a picnic area of Stone Mountain Park. It was a beautiful, sunny morning and I spread my items on the picnic table. I had Ariel’s book and the companion hand book. I also had Conversations with God. Just like in a class, I was led to review certain pages in the books. I thought about the material and asked questions. My hand wrote the answers. I was told “Whenever I feel fear, change the channel to the upper frequencies. Whenever I feel limitations, change the channel. When I feel these lower energies, GO TO ONE.” Then I was given a new set of affirmations. I felt as though I had just had a private lesson by Master Teachers. I felt so special! I thanked my guides and angels and left the park smiling.
Sometime during the spring or summer of 1998 I had a remarkable shopping trip. I was going down the aisle of the farmers’ market when I recognized I was being led to move. It was as if the baskart was being gently pulled forward or backward. It would slowly stop every so often and I was “directed” to look at certain food items. My hands would go up or down to that item and place it in the baskart. This was such a thrill! I bought foods I normally would not have purchased and did not buy things I usually get. It felt as tough I was shopping with a special friend; and that is exactly what I was doing. My FRIENDS led me to the nutrients my body needed and discouraged me from buying foods that were not healthy for me. So, I also started to follow the advice of my FRIENDS when I ordered meals in restaurants.

Taps, bumps, clicks, thumps and other noises you hear in the stillness of the night are explained away as the house “settling.” Or sometimes you say the house is contracting at night after expanding from the day’s heat. About the Author
G. W. Shealey received an M. A. in English and taught sixth grade through junior college in her hometown, Louisville, Kentucky. She also taught English to fifth formers in Kuru, Nigeria. While she was in middle management in a telecommunications company, she received a PH.D. in Nutritional Counseling and was ordained a Minister of Healing. During her doctoral studies, she became interested in alternative healing and spiritual growth. As a result of her research and guidance by her FRIENDS, she became an “energy healer” and psychic reader. She retired from her corporate job and now spends her time healing herself and others.
