About the Author

The author has an extensive background in science, electronics, computers, the environment, technology, and TV production and directing.  She has integrated her knowledge of science and spirituality into a philosophy based on a responsible stewardship of the Earth and Creation.  She has previously authored “Thinking Your Way through Physics by Problem Solving”, “Funny Fiziks”, and a Physics textbook.  Her photography has been published in the International Library of Photography’s “Divine Designs”.  She has produced and directed the video series “The Magic of Physics”.  She is listed in American Men and Women of Science, Who’s Who is Science and Engineering, Who’s Who in American Women, Who’s Who in the World, and The World’s Who’s Who of Women.  She was a Bell & Howell Fellow.  She has also been a recipient of Sigma Xi Promotion of Research in Science Award, and awarded the Metrologic-AAPT Innovative Experiment Award in the field of Laser Optics among numerous others awards.  She is member of the New York Academy of Science and American Physical Society.
