Be still and know that I am God. I am present to your every moment and wish to be part of your daily existence. Not just as an idea but as a reality. I want you to be aware of My actions in your life. In order to do that, you must make Me real to you. To be real to Me, you must tune in and let Me know that you care. I really ask you for so little, when I have given you so much -- everything for that matter. I want you to become still in your crazy life so that I can talk to you, just you and Me, about what is really important in your existence.
Life today is so out of control. It seems that it is time to stop the Earth spinning and let you get off! You need a breather just to get your bearings. Where are you really going with your life? Do you even know?
Life is My gift to you with everything that is in it. I have freely given you your existence so that you can be creative and make something of yourself that will surprise Me in the end. Life is My breath of Spirit to you. Your life is an extension of Myself. I created everything that exists because I love it.
Love is what I am all about. I am the essence of Love. All that is exists because of My love for it. Love is selfless. Love is creative. Love is caring. Love is self-sacrificing. Love is OTHER. Love is the engine behind all relationships. Love is all embracing, not petty and small. Love is generous, not greedy. Love is everything that is good and beautiful.
If you want to see what love is, look around you. Love is everywhere. You are so busy in your life that you fail to look and see it. So I will take you on a guided tour through My Garden and ask you to notice all the Love I have placed there for your enjoyment and pleasure.
As you go on this tour with Me, I ask you to be open and let your spirit take in the good and the beauty that is surrounding you. It is all My love for you. I want you to appreciate it and let it be part of your life in a new way. Sometimes because of the hectic nature of your life you can look and not see, hear and not listen, smell and not perceive, touch and not feel, taste and not savor. So please open your senses and let My Universe fill you with all that is out there with My love for you.

About the Author
The author has an extensive background in science, electronics, computers, the environment, technology, and TV production and directing. She has integrated her knowledge of science and spirituality into a philosophy based on a responsible stewardship of the Earth and Creation. She has previously authored “Thinking Your Way through Physics by Problem Solving”, “Funny Fiziks”, and a Physics textbook. Her photography has been published in the International Library of Photography’s “Divine Designs”. She has produced and directed the video series “The Magic of Physics”. She is listed in American Men and Women of Science, Who’s Who is Science and Engineering, Who’s Who in American Women, Who’s Who in the World, and The World’s Who’s Who of Women. She was a Bell & Howell Fellow. She has also been a recipient of Sigma Xi Promotion of Research in Science Award, and awarded the Metrologic-AAPT Innovative Experiment Award in the field of Laser Optics among numerous others awards. She is member of the New York Academy of Science and American Physical Society.
