My Soul, My Heart and My Mind

The book My Soul, My Heart and My Mind took over eighteen years to come into fruition. It is the offspring of many relationships the author has embarked upon in the realms of sensuality, spirituality, intellectually and philosophically. In a subtle but intriguing manner it tends to bring together the three main avenues by which we experience life, the soul, the heart and the mind. The book tends to tear down the walls around the life of the author and forms a translucent state whereby the reader can gain intimate access into the life experiences of a genuine lover of life.

He has experienced two marriges and a wide spectrum of relationships which has allowed his soul, heart and mind to embrace an array of emotions.  He is the father of two girls and a boy whom he loves dearly.  He maintains a masters degree of Criminal Justice from the University of Alabama.  He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a minor in Psychology from Alabama State University.  He has traveled extensively in the U.S. and Europe.  The wealth of experiences he holds in relationships and travels serves as the foundation of this book.
