The Kiss of a Unicorn

When I regained my composure, I looked up and said to Him, “Although I have done nothing to deserve it, please let me see Heaven.“  After I had waited a long time with no reply, I began to fall into despair.  As I stood there in silence, my hopes began to fade as time passed with no reply... no gentle touch of His acknowledgment... nothing at all.

To give Him complete access to my soul, I opened my heart chakra.  My eyes began to feel warm and watery, then a feeling of weakness started to work it’s way up my legs... and my knees began to shake. I fell to my knees, threw my hands up into the air... and with tears in my eyes cried out, "Lord God, in the name of Your son Jesus, I beg you to let me see Heaven! Just give me five minutes! "

 Before I could finish another word, there was a loud ‘BOOM!‘,  like a thunderclap that went off... right in front of my face.  His voice was angry, and He shouted:  "BE YOU STILL!“

Suddenly I trembled with fear, as His voice demanded attention... and He spoke with absolute power and authority.  In a slightly calmer voice, He then said: “And be prepared to receive a gift from Heaven, that your body cannot contain."

I was so terrified by His commands, that I was unable to move. All I could do, was to wait and see what He was going to do to me.  An eerie silence washed over my little room, but I could feel that something was going to happen.  It was as if I was kneeling in the eye of a hurricane.
