About the Book

The Ministry of the Gatekeeper is a forgotten ministry within the modern day church.  Somehow through the years the need for protecting the entryways into our churches has been neglected and in most cases forgotten.  This book will not only explore the need for protecting the "physical" doors of the church but all the "natural and spiritual" doors of the body.  In these end times that we are living in it is of utmost importance that we as members of the Body of Christ get back to the basic ministries that God's Word has laid out for us.  Through this book the reader will be given new insights and understandings into this severely neglected function within the Body of Christ.  If you or anyone you know is in the ministry within their local church as a "Greeter' or "Usher", and has ever wondered that their had to be more to this function than just a "nice smile", this book will give to them new understandings and insights, and I pray enlightenment as to what one's function within the church is as one walk's in this ministry.  We will explore not only historically how this ministry was commissioned by God, but practical everyday applications on how to encourage those called into this ministry and basic do's and don'ts that I have learned as I have walked in this Ministry. This book speaks to the True Church, that being the Body Of Christ.  This is not a religious book but a spiritual one.  As God prepares His Bride, the Church, for Christ's Return, I believe that many forgotten and important ministries will start to come to the surface.  May God bless and inspire you to seek out your calling in your walk with Christ.

About the Author

Paul is a laid back, down to earth, spirit filled man.  He loves and serves the Lord daily.  He diligently seeks God’s Word on a daily basis and when inspired by the Holy Spirit, he puts to paper what it is the Spirit of God is revealing to him.  He does not claim to be an eloquent writer nor a scholar, but he is a man after God’s own heart and a man determined to know as much of God’s Truth as he can.  He accomplishes this through the daily reading of God’s Word, prayer, fellowship, praise and worship and an undying desire to never stop seeking after God.
