Dr. James Stephen (Steve)
Kirkpatrick has been in the human performance business for the past thirty
years. His client list has included
numerous Fortune 500 firms, primarily in the healthcare, telecommunications, and
financial service sectors. He has traveled
extensively, both as a consultant and as a speaker and facilitator.
Steve has worked extensively in organizational culture change, corporate education and training, strategic planning, and business metrics. He also served on the team that developed the business ethics seminar for The Chase Manhattan Bank in the late eighties. The seminar is still in use.
Steve earned his bachelor’s
degree with honors, Phi Beta Kappa, in mathematics and physics from the
