About the Book

Kirkpatrick takes our blinders off and gives us a good look at some of the human behaviors that are at the roots of our country’s loss of superiority and productivity.  Recognizing the value of cooperative effort and strong individual motivation, he highlights the management necessary for such an environment.  He is down to earth in the illustrations he uses, and creative in bringing a wide range of source material to bear on these issues.

Regis Learning Solutions

Emerging as key needs in corporations are learning products and services that provide meaningful measurement and evaluation, technology-mediated instructional design, and credible certification.  Regis Learning Solutions, a privately held for-profit corporation, is built to meet those needs.

In the post-9/11, post-dot com, post-Enron scandal business environment, workers, managers and business leaders are looking at the workplace through different eyes.  They want to engage their hearts.  They seek meaning in their work along with accountability for both what results they and their organizations achieve, and how they achieve them.  Regis Learning Solutions brings the core values of the Jesuit-run Regis University, our biggest shareholder, to the search for meaning and accountability.
