About the Author

From the flight line to the race track Michael Edward Duvall loves machines. A former crew chief in the U.S. Air force and oval track racing enthusiast, the high speed vehicles of Rescue Delta Niner are a natural melding of his love of airplanes and race cars. His hobbies are tinkering with his classic 1969 Chevelle and riding his motorcycle.

Mike’s love of science fiction dates back to his childhood exposure to classic science fiction of the sixties and seventies. A resident of Frederick, Maryland, his other interests range from amateur astronomy to oil painting landscapes.
