Chapter 16: Taking An Inventory
In regards to the idea of movement to a new understanding of self, what one thing or one idea could I share with people that would allow them to better understand this process?
As each individual is given choice in regard to this new embodiment of self, ask each one to reflect on their ideas of themselves. Is there any idea that they wish to forgive, be thankful for, talk to, release, or let go in order to step into this new and exciting understanding of self?
Does this mean to summarize or take inventory of our history to remember more of who we are?
Take a moment to reflect on your past . Think about your old sense of self. This includes old issues and ideas that are the embodiment of who you are. Be thankful for each and every experience that brought you to this place. Forgive. Release. Accept. In joyous love, be thankful for all that you are and all those that made up the experience of who you are. Allow those expressions and experiences to be complete and whole. Know that they are all part of the expression of who you are today. Be thankful for those moments. Release and love each one of them. Then, look to and experience the new you on the horizon. Let go of the old idea of self. Move to this new understanding with joy, acceptance, and excitement of the new now, the new knowingness, the new sense of self that we all are. After you joyously release all the ideas that made you who you are and move to the new sense of self, you will be complete. You will be whole. You will be free to step into the new creative moment of the present-tense sense of self. We love you as we always have. We rejoice in your expression of the new self. This is the quantum leap that joyously represents the true wholeness that you all are. Do you understand?
Releasing all the baggage of regrets, anxieties and experiences that we remain attached to, cleanses us, just as bathing does. Then we can step into the new expression of who we are. By at least acknowledging those ideas as part of who we are, and then releasing them, we can step into our new garments of self, our new sense of self.
As you embrace this new concept and creative oneness, you will welcome in that present sense only if you are ready to release all ideas that hold you in the remembrance of the old self.
Accept all ideas as part of the sense of the whole that you are. Release those to the past. Step into the present sense of the godliness that we all are. I love you dearly as I always have. I will accept all your choices. Be ready to accept your sense of self and the wholeness that you all are. I love you, now and forever more.

One evening in 1991, businessman Don Marr was awakened suddenly from his sleep by a mysterious force. Ideas flowed swiftly through his mind as his hand would write on its own. The emphasis is on the concept of all of us being “AT – 1.” What comments would someone who understands that we are all one have for us? Will the universe really shift to this idea? When might it happen?
These issues are addressed in the question-and-answer format that were used in Don’s previous book. The dialogue between Self and Higher Self concerns the knowledge about our future.
