About the Book
TV NEWS CORP PROSECUTION: of Scott Peterson, A VIEWER’S VIEW, presents an American’s nightmare. It is a time capsule of what one person has ingested from the TV news corps after a person is arrested, jailed, gagged, and kept there for over a year before trial; unable to respond.
Chapter Two, where the names of TV hosts, experts, prosecution and defense attorneys, are deleted and placed into their own sections is definitive of the attitude created by public prosecution.
Chapter Three, The Court Document List, is replete with examples of parties and non-parties to this criminal case, desire for secrecy and publicity, and which of the issues divide that desire. Four hundred documents are listed, with comment in plain language.
About the Author
Some of the author’s friends say he’s a hermit, while other friends say that privacy is his most cherished freedom. Freedom of the press and speech have also been exercised by the author since early childhood. Local, city, and state legislatures, Governors, Presidents, local politicians, the U.S. House of Representatives, and presidential candidates have responded, and benefited from the words written by the author, with a few also feeling their wrath.
Even our country’s forefathers knew that one of the hardest things for the average American to accomplish was to be able to address government in a civilized tone, with civilized words. The author tries to prevent the uncivilized practice of public condemnation from returning to government and engulfing society.
