About the Book

Something deadly was waiting to descend on Detroit.  It was waiting to feed on the anger and frustration that was building in the city.

The brutal murder of a black man at a Detroit gas station by two Iraqi-Chaldean attendants, enraged the Black community that demanded blood for blood.

Soon after, an execution-style murder of a billionaire Iraqui-Chaldean businessman and icon of the Arab-Chaldean community in Detroit, drew the same mantra for retaliation and blood.

What began as a local Homicide investigation with racial undertones, took on dimensions beyond what Detective Peter Gabriel was prepared for – the plans of the murdered Iraqi businessman, that not only involved Detroit but the entire United States.  Murder, was an essential necessity.
