About the Author
DARLINE R. ROOT has been writing and publishing since 1997. Her work has appeared in The Tampa Tribune as well as in the American Criminal Justice Association-L.A.E. Journal.
Traces of Discernment is her first novel, where she writes about the complicated investigative process in solving a string of cases derived from satanic activity. This is only fitting, since Darline served as a criminal justice and paralegal academic department head and full-professor at several small private colleges and universities for numerous years.
