About the Book

 

I garnished a tremendous wealth of culinary knowledge through my travels throughout the United States and Europe, but my love for food began at home with my Mother and Grandmother. Growing up in a home wherce there was lots of love and family value, I was inspired to create this adventuress, educational children’s cookbook.

I hope this book will inspire family, friends and children to gather together and share special times and unforgettable creations in the kitchen, be safe and have fun.


About the Author

 

Marcozzi Cosimo, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

At the age of fourteen, I found my first job which began a long career in the hospitality industry. For many years I worked with prestigious hotels and gourmet restaurants.  I am now a culinary educator.

 

J Sheldon Hughes

The co-author’s love of nature and wildlife began in his early childhood, which was spent in the outdoors of rural New Hampshire.  An ardent animal lover, he also delights in being around animals, having lived with and cared for several exotic species.

When J was a little boy, his father assembled a menagerie of exotic animals—from peacocks, monkeys, kangaroos and antelope, to the very small Chinese barking deer.

In the house J lived with talking parrots and a baby chimp.

J’s writing speaks passionately for his love of the natural world.

 

Dorell Koon, born in Chicago IL is the Sketch Artist for Culinary Raccoons.  She has done work for Zenith Radio, Avon, Bell Telephone, and J.C. Penney’s.  Her love of children and cooking helped her in this endeavor.
