About the Author

Esther V. M. Hamel’s self-directed career spanned the fields of Montana rancher, sub-division developer, CEO of an international animal-monitoring corporation, co-owner of three patents, international instructor and lecturer on such varied subjects as government affairs, creativity, dreams, meditation, and psychology’s gestalt.  Her nine publications, in both hard-back and paper-back, have been sold worldwide, and used at some universities in USA and abroad.  One was reprinted in Japanese. One was honored with  “Book of the Month” status.

             Ms. Hamel has served as official and director of Amwest Financial, Sterling Corporation, Montana Interests and the National Council of Garden Clubs.  She has been the official judge at hundreds of fairs, flower shows, and at Teen Beauty Pageants.  Honors includes a world poetry award, a State of Montana Gov. T. Judge Citation, a Woman of the Year Montana Business and Professional, Zonta, and three Presidential Citations from National Council of Garden Clubs.  She served as President of Montana Federation of Garden Clubs, Editor of Montana Gardens, and Chairman of the Montana State Board to license landscape architects. Hamel is listed in International Directory of British and American Authors, Who’s Who Among American Women, and The World Who’s Who. In 1948, she won the Grand Prize of $25,000 and a car in a national Palmolive soap jingle contest.

            Ms. Hamel, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and wife of 55 years,  has participated in and studied the gambling scene for over 50 years. Of special interest has been study of metaphysics, spirituality and the hidden talents of the human psyche such as intuition.  Everyone was born with an intuitive sense...it is our birthright as humans. At the core of our being lies this special aptitude that radiates throughout our nervous system.  We must encourage children’s natural intuition. We must honor, respect, train and rely on this wise gift from Nature.
