About the Author
The author is a retired lawyer whose fascination with words began in childhood and continues in the present time. His many attempts, good and bad, at making puzzles with puns and anagrams have resulted in this collection of nonsense verses.
An anagram is a word which can be made by transposing the letters of another. here, the author “anagrams” a word as many times as possible, then arranges as many of them as he can into a context having meter and rhyme: hence, an AnagRhyme.
Because these verses were created over a long time span, many of the subjects are obsolete. Others may be politically incorrect, “preachy” obscure, a bit off-color, or just plain silly. So be it. No offense is intended; only amusement.
