About the Book

Here is a wonderful collection of heart-warming, stimulating, thought provoking, humorous, and sometimes challenging stories and personal anecdotes – mixed with bits of truth, trivia and nonsense.  You’ll find it to be an excellent traveling companion or for bedtime reading.  Friends and colleagues liken Mike’s style of writing and story telling to that found in Garrison Keillor’s “Lake Woebegone”.

About the Author

Mike is the Director - Aerospace and Technical Services for an international company.  He is responsible for training, consulting and auditing in the Aerospace community – and for developing new aerospace courses, products, services and presentations.  He is a certified Aerospace ''Experience'' Lead Auditor (AEA) and an industry-approved Aerospace Course Instructor.  He is an internationally registered Lead Assessor of Quality Management Systems (IATCA) – which causes him to fly all over God’s great big world and affords him ample time to satisfy his love for writing and story telling.

Mike leads his own training, consulting and auditing firm - doing private contract work (especially for Aerospace companies).   Creative Management Training: (803-325-1813) cmtaylor1948@comporium.net.  He authored  Meet the Registrar – Firsthand Accounts of ISO-9000 Successes” and has published several papers and articles.  He also created a commercially available 3-day training course:  “Understanding, Implementing and Auditing the Process Approach / Process Model”  (a tool for Quality Management Systems).  The entire course material package may be purchased and/or you can have Mike present the course on-site at your company.  He’s very good (but a little expensive) and could always use the extra cash.  Other courses are available.

He holds an AS degree in Computer Science, a BS degree in Business Administration and

an MS degree in Quality Management.  Mike created an internationally approved 5-day Aerospace Auditor Training Course (and several companion courses) being used worldwide to qualify auditors to perform assessments to the Aerospace Quality Standard AS9100.  He has personally presented these courses in twelve countries.
